2.The following types of traffic are strictly prohibited on this platform: TM+:
TM+: Refers to the unauthorized use of trademarked keywords with additional words for promotional purposes.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Refers to traffic generated through pay-per-click ad content.
Coupon: Refers to traffic attracted through a discount, special offer or similar reward incentives.
Reseller: Refers to traffic generated through reselling of goods or services.
If any prohibited traffic is identified, appropriate actions will be taken, including but not limited to the closure of the account and removal of all commissions:
3.Regular traffic audits will be conducted every month on the platform to ensure compliance with the above requirements. If an influencer is found to be in violation of the traffic guidelines, the following actions will be taken:
Account closure: The influencer account will be immediately closed, and access to the platform will be revoked.
Removal of all commissions: Violating influencers will forfeit all rights to previously earned commissions and the platform reserves the right to recoup all commissions earned from prohibited traffic.
4.Influencers are responsible for ensuring that the traffic they generate complies with the above guidelines and will bear any consequences resulting from violations.

Promotional Terms
Party A has the right to supervise and audit the authenticity of Party B's promotion channels. The activated influencer brought through Party B's channels must be the real influencer obtained through their social media platform, and if Party B is found to be in violation of our Influencer Traffic Policy following verification and confirmation, Party A has the right to recoup or not to settle the promotion fees arising from the disqualified data. Party A shall be the sole determiner of what constitutes invalid data as mentioned above.
During the period of the agreement, Party B shall not perform the following acts:
1. Illegal use of other affiliates, advertisers, or Party A's account
2. Acts of disclosure or redistribution of the information obtained through the service to a third party without Party A's consent
3. Infringement of intellectual property rights (including copyright) or other rights of Party A or a third party
4. Acts of disclosure of other content, information, articles, graphics, pictures, etc. that violate public order and customs
5. Acts related to crime
6. Acts that cause damage to the operator's reputation through the use of mail and message boards without consent
7. The purchase of keywords on search engines such as Baidu, GOOGLE, etc. that are prohibited by the advertiser or its promoted brands
8. Publishing false or misleading information to the public in any way regarding the relationship between Party B and the advertiser or allowing the existence of such false or misleading information
9. Acts of violation of good faith
10. Acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
11. Any other improper conduct

If the merchants require you to engage in Posting (content publication), you must thoroughly understand and explore the features of the products or services and cooperate with the merchants by providing necessary support and materials. You must ensure that the content posted is accurate, objective, and truthful, and must not intentionally exaggerate or distort facts.
4.Complaint Handling:
If your promotional activities result in complaints, we will handle them according to our traffic provisions and policies. In serious cases, we may deduct your commission or remove your Partner account, based on the circumstances. We reserve the right to make reasonable decisions based on complaint situations.
5.Compliance Responsibility:
As a Partner, you are responsible for ensuring that your promotional methods will be reviewed by the Shoplooks influencer team and providing promotion lists and reports by every month.
