1. How our company collects your personal information
Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact someone. During the registration process, we require you to provide an exclusive username and password, mobile phone number, and other statistical information (gender, profile picture). To protect personal privacy, you should not provide any other information other than those specifically requested by our company. If you provide us with personal information of another person (such as a spouse or co-worker), you must obtain that person's permission
2. Scenarios in which our company collects and uses your personal information
a. Basic user services
We provide you with basic user services through your Shoplooks account. To register as a user and use our user services, you will need to provide your email address, intended username and password for creating a Shoplooks account. If you only need to use browsing and searching services, you do not need to register as our user and provide the above information.
b. Functions necessary to ensure transaction security
To improve the security of our system when you use our products and/or services, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and protect account security, we will collect your browsing information, historical information, IP addresses, etc. to crackdown on illegal purchases such as swiping orders. In addition, we will also collect your registration/login time, device-related information (such as device IMEI/Mac/OAID, device model, operating system version), device sensor information (such as mobile phone angular velocity, mobile phone acceleration), network information (such as common login IP address) to determine whether the current registration, login, and transaction environment are safe.
c. Merchant listing display and search
In order for you to quickly find the merchant you need; we may collect your operating system information to provide you with the best way to display your merchant information.
d. Customer service and account appeals, report complaints
When you contact our customer service for consultation or make an account appeal or report a complaint, we may collect and record your nickname, full name, mobile phone number, email address, and other personal information such as contact information. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to give you timely feedback on the consultation or results of the appeal or complaint.
e. Use of third-party services
Our products are integrated with JPush SDK and Umeng+ SDK.
You acknowledge and agree that we may send multiple types of notices to one or more of the contact information (such as e-mail) you provided in the process of using our products and/or services. For user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience research and other purposes; we may use your personal information to provide or promote our or third-party goods and services to you through our on-site private messages, emails or other means. If "unsubscribe" or similar functions are set on the relevant pages and you do not want us to send you information about goods or services through the above methods, you can follow the instructions on the page to set up or contact us for feedback, request to stop all or part of relevant promotional information from us.
g. Sharing functions
To facilitate you to share content through Instagram/Facebook/YouTube and other channels, we will obtain the software installation list information of your mobile phone. The access information is only used for the sharing function, which allows you to select installed apps for sharing.
h. Push notification functions
During our operation, we may send you one or more types of notifications, message notifications and user experience research at the same time through your use of products and/or services; to provide you with the services that may be of interest to you, functional or event commercial information. We will send account updates, hot content, and recommended content to you through the system notification of your device. You can choose to disable the notification function on your device.
3. Personal information security
Keeping your personal data secure is of the utmost importance to us. When you register and enter personal data in our mobile APP or website, we encrypt this information using SSL technology.
During data transmission and retention, we protect the information you submitted to us through generally accepted industry standards, such as firewalls, encryption and data privacy legal requirements.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, although we use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information.
4. How we manage your information
a. How long will the company keep your personal information
In general, our company will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and will comply with the data retention period prescribed by applicable law.
b. Cancel your account
You can apply to cancel your account by sending an email to partnership@Shoplooks.com. The account cancellation application will be processed in 7 days. If you need to cancel the cancellation application within 7 days, please email partnership@Shoplooks.com. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with the products or services, and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable laws.
5. To provide you with other additional services
To provide you with more convenient, high-quality and personalized products and/or services and strive to improve your user experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of Shoplooks' basic services such as browsing and searching, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience that these additional services bring to you. These additional services include:
a. Additional services based on camera: After enabling the camera permission, you can use this function to perform the following functions: edit an ID photo when registering an account and modify your profile picture. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, we will only obtain photo information through the camera when you actively click the camera icon.
b. Additional services for photo/video access and upload based on albums (picture library/video library): You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos after enabling the album permission to perform functions such as changing profile picture, editing registered accounts, etc.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable access to your camera and photo album on your device to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. Please note that if you open any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect the information based on the corresponding permission and use the related personal information, and we cannot provide you with the services corresponding to this permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.
